Install Sublime Text 3 on Ubuntu 18.04

Install Sublime Text
apt package manager index by running following code:
sudo apt update
Now install the dependencies to fetch packages from https sources:
sudo apt install apt-transport-https ca-certificates curl software-properties-common
Import GPG key of the repository using following command:
curl -fsSL https://download.sublimetext.com/sublimehq-pub.gpg | sudo apt-key add -
Now Add Sublime Text APT repository to repository list in your system running following command:
sudo add-apt-repository "deb https://download.sublimetext.com/ apt/stable/"
Now once again update package manager index running following command:
sudo apt update
Finally to install Sublime Text run following command:
sudo apt install sublime-text
Start Sublime Text
To launch Sublime Text from terminal run following command:
